개인정보처리방침

키토18(이하 “앱”)은 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에 입력한 모든 기록은 사용자의 휴대폰 안에만 저장되며, 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없고 인터넷 권한을 사용하지 않습니다. 따라서 이름, 연락처, 위치, 기기 식별자 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하거나 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
2. 휴대폰에 저장되는 정보
사용자가 직접 입력한 아래 정보는 앱 전용 저장공간(휴대폰 내부)에만 저장되며, 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 단식 기록(시작·종료 시각, 목표 시간)
- 먹은 음식과 탄수화물·단백질·지방·칼로리, 식단 계획
- 물 섭취량, 전해질 체크
- 체중, 혈중 케톤 수치, 메모
- 사용자가 추가한 식사·눈바디 사진과 사진 메모
- 나의 다짐 문구
- 앱 설정(목표 값, 단위, 알림 설정 등)
3. 사진
앱은 카메라 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. ‘사진 찍기’를 누르면 휴대폰의 카메라 앱이 촬영한 사진을, ‘갤러리에서 고르기’를 누르면 사용자가 사진 선택 화면에서 직접 고른 사진만 앱 내부에 사본으로 저장합니다. 사용자가 ‘갤러리 저장’을 누른 사진만 휴대폰 갤러리(Pictures/키토18 앨범)에 저장됩니다.
4. 앱이 사용하는 권한

5. 백업
설정의 ‘백업 파일 만들기’는 사용자가 직접 고른 위치에 백업 파일을 저장합니다. 또한 휴대폰의 Android 백업(Google 계정 백업)이 켜져 있으면 운영체제가 앱 데이터를 사용자의 Google 계정에 백업할 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 개발자는 이 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다.
6. 제3자 제공, 광고, 분석
앱은 어떠한 정보도 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 광고 SDK나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 데이터 삭제
앱 안에서 각 기록과 사진을 개별 삭제하거나, 설정의 ‘모든 기록 지우기’로 한 번에 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 휴대폰 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 키토18 → 저장공간 → ‘데이터 삭제’를 누르면 앱에 저장된 모든 정보가 지워집니다. 갤러리에 따로 저장한 사진은 갤러리에서 삭제해야 합니다.
8. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
9. 건강 정보 관련 고지
앱은 의료기기가 아니며 의학적 진단, 치료, 조언을 제공하지 않습니다. 단식 단계 설명과 음식 영양 정보는 일반적으로 알려진 참고용 정보입니다. 임신·수유 중이거나 지병이 있거나 약을 복용 중이라면 단식과 저탄수화물 식단 전에 의사와 상의하세요.
10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026
Keto18 (“the app”) does not collect personal data. Everything you enter is stored only on your phone and is never sent to the developer or anyone else.
1. Data we collect
None. The app has no account or sign-in and does not use the Internet permission, so it does not collect or transmit any personal information, location, or device identifiers.
2. Data stored on your device
Fasting records, food and macro logs, meal plans, water and electrolyte check-offs, weight and ketone readings, notes, your pledge text, the meal and body photos you add, and app settings are stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. The developer cannot access them.
3. Photos
The app does not request the camera permission. “Take photo” uses your phone’s camera app, and “Choose from gallery” uses the system photo picker; only the photos you take or pick are copied into the app’s private storage. A photo is saved to your gallery (Pictures/키토18) only when you tap “Save to gallery”.
4. Permissions
- Notifications: fasting timer, goal reached, time-to-fast and meal-plan reminders.
- Alarms & reminders (if you allow it): to deliver those reminders at the exact time.
- Run at startup: to restore scheduled reminders after the phone restarts.
5. Backups
“Create backup file” saves a file to a location you choose. If Android backup to your Google account is turned on, the operating system may back up app data to your Google account under Google’s policies; the developer cannot access it.
6. Sharing, ads and analytics
The app shares no data with third parties and contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
7. Deleting your data
You can delete individual records and photos in the app, or all of them at once with “모든 기록 지우기” (Delete all records) in Settings. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, deletes all of its data. Photos you saved to the gallery must be deleted from the gallery.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14.
9. Health disclaimer
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a doctor before fasting or starting a low-carb diet if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication.
10. Changes
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
